According to the movie (yes, I'm getting my facts from a movie), the line is "Houston, we have a problem."<BR/><BR/>As for the opportunity to improve it, that came from my first corporate gig. They gave us "quality" training and wanted us to stop saying there were problems with this or that. They wanted us to look at each problem as an opportunity for improvement.
